"Fork buffets" are a good choice for the more formal occasion where facilities and space are available for guests to sit down and eat their meal with a knife and fork. "Canapés" are ideal for both formal and informal gatherings where you would like to offer "a little something" to accompany a drink without the need to provide a full meal. "Fine Dining" or board room service, can be formal or informal to suit the occasion and the guests. This service is essentially your own 4 star restaurant within your own office, a very civilised way to conduct a meeting, whilst "showing off" your organisation
