Q Are BY REQUEST a new company ?
A No, we've been established since 1988. Our aim to provide top quality food with service second to none.
Q Why should I choose BY REQUEST ?

* If you haven't heard of us that's because we are discrete, so look at who are our clients, and what they have to say about us as a company, the food we provide and the service we offer.
* Then look at our extensive list of services, which means just one phone call to BY REQUEST and your entire function is taken care of.
* Then look at our price list, most of our menus include everything you will need, any optional extras are stated and the price displayed. This means you'll know exactly how much the function will cost
and won't get charged for any hidden "extras".
* If you want friendly service, give us a call. We can chat about your requirements, or we can come and see you (we have no salesmen and you're under NO OBLIGATION)
* You need consistency and reliability, some of our customers have been with us for years yet we continue to delight both them and their clients. We can be contacted via telephone, fax, pager, mobile
phone, e mail, even smoke signals - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can use the same equipment to keep you in the picture.
* We can often assist customers at short notice.
* We have no minimum order.
* We specialise in outside catering, we are not a sandwich shop or a housewife doing this as a side line.
* We produce all our products in our own purpose built premises, its not all bought in convenience food. Great Food, Hand Made, Fresh, Everyday
Q Are BY REQUEST the cheapest ?
A No, we don't try to be the cheapest, who wants to be known as cheap, but we are known as providing excellent value for money. BY REQUESTS prices
always include crockery, cutlery, napkins, table linen, delivery, collection, washing up and in most cases fresh flowers. Make sure you are comparing like for like. Quality costs, and we don't apologise
for using quality ingredients, quality staff and quality equipment
Q Does BY REQUEST use qualified staff ?

Yes, all staff have Food Handlers Certificates, and our chefs are all City & Guilds qualified. The management has degrees, and between our current staff we have 175 years experience in catering.
